一○八學年度大學個人申請因首度實施學測成績最多五商品搶購選四，導致四科滿分者大幅增加。圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 針對今年大學甄選入學採計學測最多五選四科等新制的衍生亂象，教育部擬將學測每科最高的第十五級，再細分出三級，改善今年學測高分群鑑別度不足的狀況，但筆者認為這只是頭痛醫頭，腳痛醫腳，應該更全面性的檢討相關問題。由於今年的數學較往年簡單，滿級分人數太多，加上採計科目變少，導致高分群無法區分；許多大學教授或教師團體又另指數學科鑑別度太差，是為級分失效的罪魁禍首。. } }); } 殊不知數學的試題平均鑑別度五十八點八，僅略低於英文的五十九點一，卻遠高於國文卅五點二、社會卅二與自然四十二點八，也比去年試題較難的數學五十五點五及前年四十八點四都要好，鑑別度其實一點也不差，甚且可說是各科與近年中的佼佼者。根據大考中心公布的鑑別度公式，是將某科全體考生依高低分排序，並將前三分之一考生（高分組）的每題答對率，減去後三分之一考生（低分組）的每題答對率，倘若試題過度偏易或偏難，多數考生的分數均偏高或偏低，高低分組之間的差距便不易拉大，鑑別度相對不佳，因此唯有試題難易度適中，方可能達到最佳的鑑別度。倘若只為了保住這千瘡百孔的十五級分，便只有讓數學難上加難，如此豈非削足適履？甚至影響其他各科也趨往更難的走向，以達成頂尖校系樂見哪裡便宜商品的「鑑別度」。但捉襟即見肘，屆時解決了高分群的問題，難道推薦最受歡迎的購物網不會出現中、低分群塞車的狀況？申請入學的設計重點在多元取才，過程繁複，包含考試（學測再加上第二階段筆試）、備審資料審查及面試，需投入大量的人力、物力，所以適合以小規模的型態出現。早年參與人數少，級分數當然也不用太多，但當考生數愈多就愈會發生級分數不足的現象，否則八十八年度又何必將每科十級分增至十五級分？且現下才是五選四，問題就已如此凸顯，未來五選三又要怎麼辦？如今申請入學已然成為升學主流，報考人數屢創新高，學測級分數不足的問題便更形浮現，唯有將級分適度增哪裡便宜流行加，如三十或四十五級分便能輕鬆解決問題，也能讓數學免背試題鑑別度不佳的黑鍋，又何必讓十五級分這顆老鼠屎壞了甄選入學的這一整鍋粥？
婦染陰蝨 氣呼呼拉老公就醫
年近六旬的婦人發現長陰蝨，氣呼呼拉著先生就醫，她潔身自愛，認為是老公在外亂來傳染給她，先生則指日前相偕出遊住民宿，「應是床鋪太髒才被傳染」。醫師說，不乾淨的衣物或棉被床鋪的確有可能會傳染。
收治病患的泌尿科女醫師張美玉說，這對夫妻一同來初診，太太滿臉怒容打開手機給她看照片「從陰毛抓到的8隻腳小蟲」，說老公也有。醫師要兩人一起治療，太太卻質疑「治療不是重點，我老公為什麼會得陰蝨？這不是性病嗎？」
張美玉表示，陰蝨主要傳染途徑雖是透過性接觸，但不乾淨的棉被和衣物也可能傳染，先生表示，一星期前兩夫妻去住民宿，床被都很髒，「一定是這樣被傳染的」。
張說，治療陰蝨除了剃陰毛、塗藥膏外，棉被衣物都要以熱水燙過，剪掉的毛髮要包起來封入塑膠袋丟棄。張美玉表示，臨床上遇見的患者除了在陰部長陰蝨，也可能在睫毛或腋下等處發現，軍隊和安養中心更偶見群聚感染，衛生環境不佳是遭感染原因之一。
